A Quick pictorial update on the weather
Nevertheless I see a small patch of blue off to the East. and that is enough to encourage me to find a dry spot, gather up all the petunias and lobelia and other stuff I couldn't resist, and go to 'POT'.
Note the lovely new birdhouse hanging in the back yard - another item I couldn't resist!!!!

Spring is wonderful after the grey and cold of winter. Nice birdhouse!
It is difficult to practice frugality and common sense when one has been turned loose in a garden center. Potting up seedlings in just the right soil mixture is a soothing task. Weather always seems capricious at the beginning and ending of the gardening season.
It looks misty/rainy there, Hildred - good for your garden. I love birdhouses - yours is cute. I can't use them here in the mountains because of the bears. Still snow around the house in Breckenridge. I'm going back to Denver today.
Changeable weather ... must be spring in the Northwest! I admire the way you are going to pot ;>)
