Well I'm drooling... I make an egg custard pudding that is similar...but I've never added the wine.
Loved watching the process~~~

A perfectly delightful choice for the letter Z. Thanks for the recipe too.
That sounds delicious, I love puddings, but haven't made any in quite a few years.
I am also playing along with the River Stones. They are at, http://annsquotesandthings.blogspot.com
I also liked your little stones.
The 3 egg yolks stopped me cold, Hildred! I'll just savor the thought of it. Who drew the sketch in your Header?
Very tempting :-)
That must be very delicious! Thank you for the recipe!
Ooh, when I saw the thumbnail picture I thought "I hope it's zabaglione"!! Wonderful choice, Hildred.

Ah zabaglione! Memories of fun nights after a days skiing, although we used 2 eggs to 2 sugar and a friends very dry very fruity sherry. It was the best. Supposedly good for the digestion, and some said a night of love making.
ooh, I like what Penny added.
looks a yummy dessert.
It looks wonderful and easy, too. I'm tempted to try it, for sure! Thank you...
That's a real long time I haven't eaten that !!
First: I love your painting on the banner of the blog. Did you do it?
Second: Do you think I could substitute something else for the wine? I know everyone thinks wine is marvelous, but not me.
It look delicious and I don't believe I have ever tried it. Great Z word! A x
