The letter is T, for the various Trumpet Lilies
I do love lilies of all kinds, but these trumpet lilies are special, - so beautiful and elegant,
and quite often overwhelmingly fragrant.
Twenty years ago, or so, we had the gorgeously scented
Regale Trumpet Lily growing beneath
our bedroom window,
intertwined with the roses.
Heavenly!!!

Truly beautiful! I had to dig and move some of mine. I hope they aren't too "put off" to bloom! Enjoy your day!
Our lilies in the back yard haven't bloomed yet but it won't be long.

These are just beautiful Hildred and it's a real gift that they have such a sweet scent. I didn't know there were so many varieties.
What I love best about lilies Hildred is their absolutely beautiful scent. Love to you.
Those Lilies are just wonderful! I can almost smell them through the screen, very nice letter "T" !
They are plants of such variety, as you show, I love a heady scent.
Most of the varieties are too heavily scented for me but oh my, they are lovely.
