Skywatch Friday

Thunderheads in the Similkameen on Saturday, the 19th of June.

In the end it was all a big bluff, - the clouds went thither and the skies grew friendly again.

Beautiful and amazing clouds over the mountains. I think these are cumulus.
Happy SWF and a great weekend.

Skies are always so interesting. You show how often the sky changes. At one time it's threatening, a bit later it's, as you say, friendly. No wonder that primitive people tried to predict the future by watching the heavens!
Thank you for sharing! I wish you a great weekend!

What wonderful photos - and how teasing Mother Nature can be sometimes :-)

Beautiful skies -- and Hildred, it struck me that you and I were truly watching the same sky -- from two sides of the continent.

(Although we did get some rain from the ones I pictured.)
